Leslie Donato

Leslie Donato became the Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer of AmerisourceBergen in July 2019. Before that, she was at Bayer HealthCare, as Vice President and General Manager Hematology and Neurology in the U.S. from December 2011 to July 2019, as Vice President of Strategy for Pharmaceuticals from April 2015 to May 2019, as Vice President of Neurology of Head Global Brand Team Betaferon from January 2010 to December 2011, and as the Global Head of Regional Business Units and the Specialty Medicine Business Unit from June 2009 to December 2011. Prior to her time at Bayer HealthCare, Mrs. Donato was a Principal and Founding Partner of McKinsey and Company’s Philadelphia office from August 1995 to June 2009. She began her career as a Business Analyst for Deloitte from August 1991 to June 1993.
