Lucien Alziari

Lucien Alziari has served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer of Prudential Financial since 2017. Prior to joining Prudential Financial, Mr. Alziari served as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Group Chief Human Resource Officer of A.P. Moller – Maersk from 2012 to 2017 and Chief Human Resource Officer and Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Responsibility at Avon from 2004 to 2012. Mr. Alziari served as the Division Chief Human Resource Officer and Vice President of Talent Management at PepsiCo from 1998 to 2004 and Vice President of Human Resource in the Middle East & Africa from 1994 to 1998. From 1986 to 1991, Mr. Alziari served in various Operations and Human Resources positions at Mars. Mr. Alziari served as a member of the Non-Executive Board, Senior Independent Director, and Chair of the Remuneration Committee at Clarks from 2016 to 2021. Mr. Alziari has served as an Executive Fellow at King’s Business School since 2023, a director at the HR Policy Association since 2019, a member of the Board of Directors at the National Academy of Human Resources since 2017.
