Malloy Evans

Malloy Evans has served as the Senior Vice President of Single-Family Business at Fannie Mae since 2021. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Evans served as the Senior Vice President and Single-Family Chief Credit officer at Fannie Mae from 2019 to 2021 and Vice President and Single-Family Risk Management from 2016 to 2019 and Vice President of Single-Family Servicing and MHA from 2014 to 2016. Mr. Evans also served as the Vice President of Default Management at Fannie Mae from 2011 to 2014 and Vice President and Deputy General Counsel from 2010 to 2011 and Associate General Counsel from 2004 to 2009. From 2001 to 2004, Mr. Evans served as an Associate at Hunton & Williams.
