Marc Howze

Marc Howze joined the Board of Directors at Nationwide in 2018. Mr. Howze has served as the Group President of Lifecycle Solutions & Chief Administrative Officer at Johne Deere since 2020. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Howze served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative from 2016 to 2020 and Vice President of Global Human Resources and Employee Communications from 2014 to 2016 and Vice President of Global Human Resources from 2012 to 2014 and Global Director of Cottone Harvesting Product Line from 2011 to 2012. Mr. Howze served as Factor Manger of John Deere Turf Care from 2009 to 2011 and Merket Integration Manager of the Ag & Turf Division from 2008 to 2009 and in various other leadership positions at John Deere from 2001 to 2008.
