Maria Claudia Borras

Maria Claudia Borras has been on the Board of Directors for Tyson Foods since 2021. She has served on the Board of Directors for Baker Petrolite Saudi Co., Ltd. since 2023 and on the Energy Advisory Board for the University of Houston since 2023. Ms. Borras has been Executive Vice President, Oilfield Services & Equipment at Baker Hughes since 2022. Previously she served Baker Hughes as Executive Vice President, Oilfield Services from July 2017 to 2022 and on the Board of Directors for ADNOC Drilling Company from 2019 to 2021. Before this she was Chief Commercial Officer at GE Oil & Gas from January 2015 to July 2017. Prior to joining GE Oil & Gas Ms. Borras was with Baker Hughes for twenty-one years, serving as President, Latin America Region from October 2013 to December 2014; President, Europe/Africa/Russia Caspian Region from August 2011 to September 2013; Vice President, Global Marketing from March 2009 to October 2011; Vice President, Marketing, Centrilift Division from June 2007 to May 2009; Area Manager, Columbia/Ecuador/Venezuela, Centrilift Division from January 2005 to June 2007; Area Manager, Columbia/Ecuador/Mexico/Peru, Centrilift Division from January 2003 to December 2005; Country Manager, Centrilift Division from 2000 to 2003; Marketing & Operations Manager, Centrilift Division from 1997 to 2000; Operations Manager, Centrilift Division from 1996 to 1997; and Sales & Applications Engineer, Centrilift Division from 1994 to 1996. Before joining Baker Hughes Ms. Borras served as an Operations Enginner, Rig Supervisor at Oxy form 1993 to 1994 and a Production Engineer at Esso from 1992 to 1993.
