Marie Gallagher

Marie Gallagher has served as the Senior Vice President and Controller of PepsiCo since 2011. Prior to this appointment, Ms. Gallagher served as the Senior Vice President and Assistant Controller of PepsiCo from January 2011 to May 2011 and Vece President and Assistant Controller from March 2005 to January 2011. Before joining PepsiCo, Ms. Gallagher served as the Assistant Controller of Altria from 1992 to 2005 and was a Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 1980 to 1991. Ms. Gallagher currently serves on the Board of Directors at the Junior Achievement of the Lower Hudson Valley, The Cottage in Darien, and the Manhattan Theatre Club. Ms. Gallagher previously served on the Board of Directors at Quorum Federal Credit Union.
