Mark H. Bloom

Mark H. Bloom is a Non-Executive Board Member of Fredie Mac. He has been the Global Chief Information Officer of Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., a global insurance brokerage, risk management and consulting services firm, since March 2022. Mr. Bloom previously served as the Global Chief Technology Officer and as a member of the Management Board of Aegon N.V., a multinational life insurance, pensions, and asset management company, from 2016 to 2021. Before joining Aegon, Mr. Bloom held various positions at Citigroup, Inc. from 2007 to 2016, including Head of Global Consumer Digital and Operations Technology, where he was responsible for digital, data, and operations technology solutions and innovations. Prior to that, Mr. Bloom held various positions at JP Morgan Chase & Company from 2001 to 2007, including Senior Vice President, Chase Home Financial Technology; and he was Senior Vice President, eBusiness Solutions at CACI International, Inc. from 1999 to 2001. Mr. Bloom is a former member of the Board of Aegon UK.
