Biography:

Mark S. Sutton joined the Board of Directors at Kroger in 2017. Mr. Sutton has served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of International Paper since 2014 and 2015 respectively. From 2011 to 2014, Mr. Sutton served as the Senior Vice President of Industrial Packaging at International paper and Senior Vice President of Printing and Communications Paper from 2010 to 2011 and Vice President of Supply Chain from 2008 to 2010 and Vice president of Supply Chain from 2007 to 2008 and Vice President of Strategic Planning from 2005 to 2007. From 2002 to 2005, Mr. Sutton served as the Vice President and General Manager of Corrugated Packaging Operations and Director of European Corrugated Packaging from 2000 to 2002.
