Mark T. Bertolini

Mark T. Bertolini joined the Board of Directors of Verizon Communications in 2015 and also serves on the Board of Directors at Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company. In April 2023, Mr. Bertolini was appointed to Chief Executive Officer of Oscar Health and has served on the Global Advisory Board at Salesforce since 2021. Mr. Bertolini served as the Co-Chief Executive Officer of Bridgwater Associates from 2022 to 2023 and as a Director at CVS Health Plans from 2018 to 2020. From 2011 to 2018, Mr. Bertolini served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Aetna and President from 2007 to 2011 and Executive Vice President of Reginal Businesses from 2006 to 2007 and Head of Specialty Products from 2003 to 2006. Mr. Bertolini served as the Executive Vice President of Reginal Businesses from 2000 to 2003 and Senior Vice President of Operation and Technology from 1999 to 2000. Mr. Bertolini also served as the Executive Vice President of NYLCare Health Plan from 1995 to 1999 and President and Chief Executive Officer of Selectcare, Inc. from 1991 to 1995 and Director of Business Development from 1985 to 1991. From 1984 to 1985, Mr. Bertolini serves as the Chief of Staff at St. Claire Regional Medical Center. Mr. Bertolini Currently serves on the Board of Directors at Thrive Global and the National Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce.
