Mary Anne Citrino

Mary Anne Citrino has been on the Board of Directors for HP Inc. since August 2015. She has served on the Board of Directors for Alcoa since November 2016. She has also served as a Senior Financial Advisor for Blackstone since January 2017 and was a Senior Managing Director from August 2004 to January 2017. Previously Ms. Citrino served on the Board of Directors for Ahold Delhaize from April 2015 to April 2022; Barclays from August 2017 to August 2021; Dollar Tree Stores from 2005 to August 2018; and Health Net from 2009 to June 2016. Prior to this she was the Managing Director at Morgan Stanley from 1986 to 2004 and was an Analyst from 1982 to 1984. She has also previously served on the Board of Directors for ZO Skin Health, Inc., Interactive Communications International, Global Supply Chair Finance Ltd., and Trilliant Food & Nutrition LLC.
