"But probably three years ago, he started traveling around and doing CEO forums on inclusion and diversity, meeting with our employees around the country and talking about these issues and what's their experience like at Sherwin to help educate himself and other leaders across the organization to some of the things that our employees are facing that in many cases, we have not. I think those were incredibly powerful. It helped to make our employees feel like they had a voice. We have a terrific network of employee resource groups for employees of color or different gender identification, you name it, they're women. There's all sorts of employee resource groups to try to help employees and make them feel like they're among people like them and that their differences are valued. We've also had unconscious bias training throughout senior management, and we're working that way down."
