Biography:
Matt Carey became Executive Vice President of Customer Experience at The Home Depot in April 2022. Before that he was Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer from August 2008 to April 2022. Mr. Carey has served on the Board for Chipotle Mexican Grill since March 2021. He previously served on the Board for Geeknet from November 2011 to June 2015 and for TransUnion from July 2009 to April 2012. Before his time at Home Depot, Mr. Carey was Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for eBay from February 2006 to September 2008. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for Walmart. Mr. Carey began his career at Walmart in 1985.
