Megan Prout

Megan Prout has been the SVP – Commercial Law and Litigation for Plains All American since 2018. Prior to this, Prout worked for Plains All American as VP-Commercial Law & Litigation from 2016-2018, Associate General Counsel from 2013-2016, Senior Group Counsel from 2011-2013, Senior Attorney from 2005-2011 as well as an Attorney from 2005-2010. Before working for Plains, she worked for Chadbourne & Parke LLP as an Associate from 2002-2005 and for the Export-Import Bank of the United States as Program Assistant to the Board of Directors from 1996-1999.

Prout has also been a Member of the Board of Directors for Writers in the School since 2023 and a Committee Chair and Member for HBA Lawyers for Literacy since 2014. She was also a Member of the Board of Directors for Decesaris-Prout Cancer Foundation Inc from 2002-2004.
