Michael A. Todman

Michael A. Todman joined the Board of Directors at Prudential Financial in 2016 and Mondelez International and Carrier Global in 2020. Mr. Todman has served on the Board of Directors at Brown-Forman since 2014 and previously served on the board at Newell Brands from 2007 to 2020. Mr. Todman served as the Vice Chairman of Whirlpool Corporation from 2014 to 2015 and President of Whirlpool Corporation from 2006 to 2007 & 2009 to 2014. From 2007 to 2009, Mr. Todman served as the President of Whirlpool North America and Executive Vice President of Whirlpool Corporation and President of Whirlpool Europe from 2001 to 2005 and in various other position from 1993 to 2001. Mr. Todman has served on the Board of Directors at Cornerstone Alliance since 2016, and is a member of the board at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Benton Harbor, Michigan and Corewell Health.
