Michael D’Ambrose

Michael D’Ambrose became Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of Boeing in July 2020. Prior to that, he was the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of Archer Daniels Midland Co. from November 2006 to July 2020, the Executive Vice President of Human Resources for First Data Corporation from 2003 to 2005, and the Executive Vice President of Human Resources for Toys R Us from 2001 to 2003. Previously, Mr. D’Ambrose worked for Citigroup as the Executive Vice President and Chief Humans Resources Officer from 1999 to 2001 and Vice President of Talent from 1997 to 1999. Before that he worked for Westwood One as Chief Operating Officer from 1996 to 1997, President of Shadow Broadcast Services from 1995 to 1996, and Founder and CEO of Shadow Traffic from 1991 to 1995. Mr. D’Ambrose has also served as the Executive Vice President of Second Mortgages and Human Resources for The Travelers Mortgage Services from 1989 to 1991 and the Executive Vice President of Human Resources from 1987 to 1991. He began his career with Ingersoll Rand serving in various Human Resource Executive roles from 1979 to 1987. Mr. D’Ambrose also serves on the Board of Directors for several nonprofit organizations including Jobs for America’s Graduates, Society for Human Resources Management, Cornell Center for Advancement Human Resources Studies, Health Transformation Alliance. He also is a partner of University of South Carolina’s Darla Moore School of Business and a member of the HR Policy Association.
