Biography:

Michelle Gass has served on the Board of Directors at PepsiCo since 2019 and has served as the President of Levi Strauss & Co. Since January 2023. Ms. Gass served on the Board of Directors at Cigna from 2014 to 2017. Ms. Gass served as the Chief Executive Officer of Kohl’s from 2018 to 2022 and Chief Merchandising and Customer Officer from 2013 to 2018 and on the Board of Directors at Ann Inc. from 2008 to 2013. Ms. Gass served as the President of Starbucks EMEA from 2011 to 2013 and President of Seattle’s Best Coffee from 2009 to 2011 and Executive Vice President of Marketing and Category at Starbucks from 2008 to 2009 and Senior Vice President of the Office of the CEO and Global Strategy in 2008 and Senior Vice President of Marketing and Category from 2003 to 2007 and in various other leadership positions in marketing from 1996 to 2003. Prior to his time at Starbucks, Ms. Gass served in various brand management and product development roles at Proctor & Gamble from 1990 to 1996. Ms. Gass currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Retail Industry Leaders Association and the National Retail Federation.
