Michelle M. Brennan

Michelle M. Brennan became a Director at Cardinal Health in 2022 and is also serving on the board of Directors at Masimo Corporation since 2023. Prior to these appointments, Ms. Brennan served on the Board of Directors at Coupa Software from 2020 to 2023. Ms. Brennan worked at Johnson & Johnson from 1988 to 2020. During her time at J&J Ms. Brennan worked her way up from a Sales Manager of Ortho Pharmaceutical Corp., ending her career as the Global Value Creation Leader. Ms. Brennan was also the President of Enterprise Standard and Productivity of J&J from 2015 to 2018. From 2012 to 2014, Ms. Brennan served on the board of the Cincinnati Regional Chamber of Commerce. Ms. Brennan has also served on the board of multiple non-profits including Healthcare Business Women’s Association, UK’S Office of Life Science’s Council from 2018 to 2020 and MedTech Europe Trade Association from 2016 to 2019.
