Biography:

Ms. Monica C. Lozano serves as Independent Director of the Company. She is the retired President and Chief Executive Officer of the College Futures Foundation, a charitable foundation working to increase the rate of college graduation for low-income California students. Ms. Lozano served in this role from December 2017 to August 2022. Ms.Lozano also co-founded The Aspen Institute Latinos and Society Program and served as Chair of its Advisory Board from January 2015 to October 2019. She previously served as Chair of the Board of Directors of U.S. Hispanic Media, Inc. from June 2014 to January 2016, and as Chair and Chief Executive Officer of ImpreMedia, LLC from 2010 to 2014. Ms. Lozano also serves on the Board of the Weingart Foundation, a private grantmaking foundation advancing racial, social, and economic justice in Southern California, and is a Member of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences.
