Neil G. Mitchill, Jr.

Neil G. Mitchill became the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Raytheon Technologies in April 2021. Prior to that, he was the Corporate Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis and Invest Relations for Raytheon Technologies from April 2020 to April 2021. He also served as the Acting Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for United Technologies from November 2019 to April 2020, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Pratt & Whitney from 2016 to 2019. Mr. Mitchill started previously worked for United Technologies as Corporate Vice President, Controller from 2015 to 2016 and Vice President of Global Financial Services from 2014 to 2015. Mr. Mitchill began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Partner and worked from 1997 to 2014.
