Noreena Hertz

 Noreena Hertz is a Director at Mattel since 2023 serving on the Governance and Social Responsibility Committee. She has also been a Visiting Professor at University College London since 2016, and an Honorary Professor since 2013. From 2009-2013, she was a Professor of Globalisation, Sustainability and Finance. From 2003-2013, she was the Associate Director of the Centre for International Business and Management at the University of Cambridge. She holds one other Public Company Directorship at Warner Music Group Corp since 2016. Additionally, she serves as a Director at Workhuman (Globoforce Limited) since April 2022 and a Trustee at Inspiring Girls International Limited from 2016 – 2023. From 2015-2016, she was a Member of RWE AG Digital Transformation Board and from 2012-2013, she was a Member at Inclusive Capitalism Taskforce. From 2009-2012, she was a Member at Edelman Europe Advisory Board and from 2007-2008 she was a Member at Citigroup Politics and Economics Global Advisory Board.
