Paolo Dal Cin

Paolo Dal Cin became Senior Vice President of Operations and Supply Chain for Raytheon Technologies in 2020. Prior to that, he was the Senior Vice President of Operations and Quality for Collins Aerospace beginning in 2018 and has continued to serve in that position since Collins Aerospace became a business unit of Raytheon. Similarly, Mr. Dal Cin served as the Vice President of Operations and Supply Chain for United Technologies Corporation Aerospace Systems in 2012 which merged with Raytheon in 2020. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Operations for Hamilton Sundstrand from 2011 to 2012 as well as Vice President of Operations Strategy and Development from 2009 to 2011. Hamilton Sundstrand was a subsidiary of UTC. Previously, Mr. Dal Cin began his career at The Pratt & Whitney Co., Inc. in 1993. He worked several roles in Engineering and Operations, but also served as the Director of Strategic and Internal Sourcing.
