Patricia E. Yarrington

Patricia E. Yarrington joined the Lockheed Martin Board of Directors in June 2021. Prior to this she was the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Chevron Corporation from January 2009 to March 2019; the Vice president and Treasurer from 2007 to 2008; Vice President of Policy, Government and Public Affairs from 2002 to 2007; Vice President of Strategic Planning from 2000 to 2002; and the President of Chevron Canada Ltd. From 1998 to 2000. Prior to this she held a variety of financial, analytical, and managerial positions with Chevron Corp and Chevron U.S.A. Inc from 1980 to 1998. Ms. Yarrington has served on the board of directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco from 2007 to 2014 and the Chevron Phillips Chemical Company LLC from 2001 to 2009.
