Patrick Pope

Patrick Pope become the Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Cardinal Health in January 2023. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Pope served as the Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Corporate Secretary from 2022 to 2023 and Assistant Corporate Secretary from 2021 to 22 and Associate General Counsel of Litigation from 2019 to 2020. Before his time at Cardinal Health, Mr. Pope served as the Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at BlueCross BlueShield from 2015 to 2019 and Assistant general Counsel of Litigation from 2014 to 2015. From 2002 to 2014, Mr. Pope served as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Northern District of Illinois, and started his career as a Litigation Associate at Cooley LLP from 1998 to 2002.
