Retired Maj. Gen. Elder Granger, M.D.

Retired Major General Eric Granger, M.D. has served on the Board of Directors at The Cigna Group since 2018. Mr. Granger has also served on the Board of Directors at Better Therapeutics since 2021 and Cerner Corporation since 2020 and DLH Holding Corporation since 2014. Mr. Granger has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of The 5Ps since 2009. From 2005 to 2009, Mr. Granger served as the Deputy Director and Program Executive Officer at TRICARE Management Activity at the end of his 35-year career in the United States Army. Mr. Granger previously served on the Board of Directors at Express Scripts Holding Company from 2015 to 2018.
