Biography:
Richard G. (Rich) Harbison is Executive Vice President of Refining for Phillips 66, a diversified energy company. Harbison has over 30 years of experience in a variety of leadership roles across the refining, pipeline and terminal organizations. He has managed the Lake Charles Manufacturing Complex for almost three years. Before coming to Lake Charles, Harbison managed the Phillips 66 refinery in Ferndale, Washington.
