Richard L. Clemmer

Richard L. Clemmer has served on the Board of Directors for HP Inc. since February 2020. He has also served on the Board of Seagate Technology Holdings since August 2022; Axon Networks since 2021; Aptiv PLC since July 2020; and Privafy Inc. since January 2019. Previously Mr. Clemmer was Chief Executive Officer and President of NXP Semiconductors from January 2009 to May 2020. Prior to this he was a Senior Advisor at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. from December 2007 to December 2008 and Chief Executive Officer and President of Agere Systems Inc. from 2005 to 2007. Before joining Agere Systems he was Chief Financial Officer of Quantum Corporation from 2000 to 2005. Prior to this he was with Texas Instruments for 23 years serving in a variety of leadership positions, including Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Clemmer also serves on the Board of Directors for Pallidus and FIRST.
