Richard McPhail
Richard McPhail became Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for The Home Depot in September 2019. Before that, he was Senior Vice President of Finance from 2015 to September 2019, Senior Vice President of Business Development from 2013 to 2015, Vice President of Strategic Business Development from 2007 to 2013, and Director of Strategic Business Development from 2005 to 2007. Mr. McPhail also serves on the Boards for Engage Ventures, the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, The Westminster Schools, and the Atlanta-Fulton County Zoo. Prior to joining Home Depot, he was Executive Vice President of Corporate Finance for Marconi Corporation in London from 2001 to 2005. Before that, Mr. McPhail was the Director of Corporate Finance for Arthur Andersen from 1998 to 2001. He began his career at Wachovia Securities, Inc. (bought by Wells Fargo) as an Assistant Vice President from 1996 to 1998. Mr. McPhail also has experience on the Board for Odyssey, Inc.
