Richard W. Gochnauer

Richard Gochnauer became a Board Member at AmerisourceBergen in 2008. He also serves as a Board Member for Golden State Foods, Vodori, UGI Corporation (a position he has held since 2011), the CEO Leadership Alliance, and the Higher Ambition Leadership Alliance. Mr. Gochnauer also works as a Managing Partner at SC Master Fund, a position he has held since June 2019 and as a Director for the Rush University Medical Center. Prior to his time there, he was the Chief Executive Officer of United Stationers (now Essendant) from July 2002 to May 2011. From 2000 to 2008, Mr. Gochnauer was the Director of Fieldstone Communities. Before that, Mr. Gochnauer was the Vice Chairman, President, and Chief Operating Officer of Golden State Foods Corporation from 1994 to 2002. He has previously served at The Dial Corporation as its Executive Vice President from 1989 to 1994.
