Biography:
Rob L. Hoenes has served as the Senior Vice President of Resource Industries Operations and Products at Caterpillar since 2020. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Hoenes served as the Vice President of Material Handling & Underground at Caterpillar from 2019 to 2020 and Worldwide Product Manager from 2017 to 2019 and Product Manager from 2010 to 2017 and Industry Sales & Marketing Segment Manager from 2006 to 2010. From 1995 to 2006, Mr. Hoenes served in various marketing and sales roles at Caterpillar and served as a Design Engineer from 1990 to 1995.
