Robert A. Michael

Michael Roberts has served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of MetLife since 2021. Prior to this Appointment, Mr. Roberts served as the Chief Marketing Officer of Retail Investor Group at Vanguard from 2018 to 2021 and Chief Marketing and Digital Strategy Officer of Bank of America Merchant Services from 2015 to 2018. Mr. Roberts served as the Senior Vice President of Marketing at TIAA-CREF from 2011 to 2015 and Vice President of Enterprise Integration from 2010 to 2011 and Director of Strategy and Operations at AlixPartners from 2009 to 2010. Before joining AlixPartners, Mr. Roberts served as the Directo of Operations and Technology Strategy at Citi in 2008 and Director of Global IT Strategy and Planning from 2007 to 2008 and Senior Vice President from 2005 to 2007. Mr. Roberts served as a Senior Manager of Capgemini from 2001 to 2005 and Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young from 1999 to 2001.
