Robert D. Sanders

Robert D. Sanders was elected as Executive Vice President, Asset Optimization of Enterprise GP in January 2020. He served as Senior Vice President, Asset Optimization from January 2015 to January 2020 and Vice President, Asset Optimization from June 2011 to January 2015. Mr. Sanders has served Enterprise in several capacities, including as Director of Asset Optimization from September 2006 to June 2011, Director of NGL Pipelines from December 2005 to September 2006, and Director of International Business from November 2004 to December 2005. Prior to joining Enterprise in 1979, he worked for the Texas Railroad Commission as an Investigative Auditor from 1976 to 1979. Mr. Sanders also served as a Director for OTLP GP, LLC, the general partner of Oiltanking Partners, L.P. from October 2014 until February 2015. Sanders also has experience as a Member of the National Petroleum Council, a Member of the Advisory Committee on Supply Chain Competitiveness for the Dept of Commerce and as an Executive Director for the Greater Houston Port Bureau.
