"I think we've all seen the UN climate change report and it's really quite stark. It talks about how widespread, how rapid and how intensifying you're seeing climate change at really an unprecedented rate. So we have looked at our own efforts and we've been actually very committed to this for a long period of time. But we said while we've done a lot, we haven't done enough."

"So we now have put in place that we intend to be carbon neutral by 2025. We are shooting for a 30% value chain emission reduction by 2030. That's effectively reaching out to all of our supply chain partners and making sure that they in turn are driving reduction in their own emissions and footprint, carbon footprint."

"So within the company, first and foremost, we put a very high focus on diversity and inclusion, and that gets to both of those elements. How do you think about, first, ensuring you have the right representation and then how do you, most importantly, ensure that those people, once you have a representative workforce across the entirety of that workforce, can bring their full selves to the workplace?"

"…if you think about diversity, inclusion…if you want to attract the best talent, you're going to have to lead in these areas because otherwise they won't want to come. So not only do I see this as a moral imperative, it is frankly, a business imperative that we do this right."
