Robert M. Falzon

Robert M. Falzon has served as the Vice Chair of Prudential Financial since 2018. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Falzon served as the Chief Financial Officer of Prudential Financial from 2013 to 2018 and Treasurer from 2009 to 2013. Mr. Falzon served as the Chief Executive Officer of Pramerica Real Estate Investors from 2007 to 2009 and Head of Merchant Banking from 1998 to 2007 and Managing Director of Prudential Securities from 1992 to 1998 and was a Managing Director at Pricoa Capital Group from 1983 to 1992. Mr. Falzon serves on the Advisory Board of the New Jersey Salvation Army and is the Chair of the Salvation Arny Boys & Girls Club of Ironbound in Newark. Mr. Falzon serves on the Board of Trustees at Rutgers University and the Board of Overseers of the Rutgers University Foundation.
