Roxanne S. Austin

Roxane S. Austin joined the Board of Directors at Verizon in 2020 and Abbvie in 2013. Ms. Austin has also served on the Board of Directors at Freshworks since 2021, Crowdstrike since 2018, and Chairman of EQT Partners since 2016. Ms. Austin has also served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Austin Investment Advisors since 2004. From 2009 to 2010, Ms. Austin served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Move Networks, Inc. and President and Chief Operating Officer of DIRECTV from 2001 to 2004 and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and various other positions at Hughes Electronics Corporation from 1993 to 2001 and was an Audit Partner and various other roles at Deloitte from 1983 to 1993. Ms. Austin previously served on the Borad of Directors at Ericsson from 2008 to 2016, Teledyne Technologies from 2006 to 2021, Target from 2002 to 2020, and Abbott Laboratories from 2000 to 2022. Ms. Austin is Co-Chair of the annual Corporate Governance Conference at Northwestern Kellogg School of Management.
