Roy Azevedo

Roy Azevedo has spent his entire 35-year career with Raytheon Technologies in a variety of roles. He became a Senior Adviser of Raytheon Technologies in February 2023. Prior to that, he was the President of Raytheon, Intelligence and Space from April 2020 to February 2023, the President of Raytheon, Space and Airborne Systems from 2018 to 2020, the Vice President of Raytheon’s Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Systems sector from 2017 to 2018. Mr. Azevedo also served as the Vice President and General Manager of Raytheon, Secure Sensor Solutions from 2015 to 2017, the Vice President Raytheon’s, Advanced Concepts and Technology sector from 2009 to 2015. Mr. Azevedo rose to Vice President following a two-year stint between 2007 to 2009 where he served as Deputy Vice President for Raytheon’s, Electric Warfare Systems. Beginning his career in 1987, Mr. Azevedo served as an Electrical Engineer and Program Manager from 1987 to 2007. Mr. Azevedo also serves as a board member for Space Foundation.
