Sandra Pianalto

Sandra Pianalto joined the Board of Directors at Prudential Financial in 2015. Ms. Pianalto has served on the Board of Directors at Eaton Corporation plc since 2014 and previously served on the Board of Directors at FirstEnergy Corp from 2018 to 2021 and The Smucker Company from 2014 to August 2023. Most recently, Ms. Pianalto served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Federal Reserve Bank of Clevland from 2003 to 2014. Prior to this appointment, Ms. Pianalto served as the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland from 1993 to 2003 and Vice President and Secretary of the Board of Directors from 1988 to 1993 and Assistant Vice President of Public Affairs from 1984 to 1988 and joined the bank as an Economist in the research department in 1983. Ms. Pianalto is a Lifetime Trustee of the University Hospitals Health Systems and a Lifetime Director at United Way of Greater Cleveland.
