Shane G. Eddy

Shane G. Eddy became President of Pratt & Whitney in March 2022. Prior to that, he was the Senior Vice President and Chief Operations Officer from December 2019 to March 2022, and the Senior Vice President of Operations from 2016 to 2019. Mr. Eddy previously worked for GE Aviation from February 2016 to October 2016 as their Vice President, General Manager of their Turboshaft & Turboprop (TSTP) Engines. Before this he served as the President of Commercial Systems and Services for Sikorsky Aircraft from 2015 to 2016. He held several more positions with this company including Senior Vice President of Operations from 2012 to 2015, Vice President of Global Supply Chain from 2010 to 2012, and Vice President of Sikorsky Global Helicopters for nine months in 2010. Prior to this, Mr. Eddy worked as a Principal for SGE Aerospace Consulting from 2008 to 2010. He began his career working for Bell Helicopter Textron where he served as Senior Vice President of Customer Support and Services from 1994 to 2008.
