Shannon Schroeder

Shannon Schroeder became the Vice President of Corporate Audit in February 2020. Prior to that, she was the Vice President and Chief Audit Executive for Schlumberger from November 2018 to February 2020, the Vice President of the Global Business Unit for Schlumberger from 2016 to 2018, and the Vice President of Regional CFO for Schlumberger from 2014 to 2016. Previously, Mrs. Schroeder worked for Schlumberger as the Regional Finance Controller for Malaysia, Brunei, Philippines from 2013 to 2014, the Internal Audit Director for Europe, Africa, Russia from 2010 to 2013, the Controller of IPM Segment for North America from 2009 to 2010, and the Finance Business Process Improvement Manager for North America from 2008 to 2009. She also served the Operations Controller for Schlumberger’s Wireline Segment from 2007 to 2008, a Controller of Research from 2004 to 2007, ERP Change Management from 2002 to 2004, and a Financial Analyst from 1997 to 2002. Mrs. Schroeder began her career as an Accounting Representative for Merrill Lynch from 1994 to 1997.
