Shelley L. Reynolds

Shelley Reynolds became Vice President, Worldwide Controller, and Principal Accounting Officer for Amazon in April 2007. Before that she was Vice President of Finance and Controller for Amazon from February 2006 to April 2007. Prior to her time at Amazon, Mrs. Reynolds spent 19 years at Deloitte, where she began her career, serving as a partner from 1998 to 2006. At Deloitte, she specialized in mergers and acquisitions and the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Mrs. Reynolds currently serves on the Board of Advisors for the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington.
