Shellye L. Archambeau

Shellye L. Archambeau joined the Board of Directors at Verizon Communications in 2013. Ms. Archambeau founded Unapologetic, LLC in 2021 and has served on the Board of Directors at Roper Technologies, Inc. and Okta, Inc. since 2018. Ms. Archambeau previously served as an Advisor at RBC Capital Markets from 2018 to 2020 and on the Board of Directors at Nordstrom from 2015 to 2020 and on the Board of Directors of Arbitron, Inc. from 2005 to 2013. From 2003 to 2017, Ms. Archambeau served as the Chief Executive Officer of MetricStream and served as Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing of Loudcloud from 2001 to 2003. Ms. Archambeau also served as the Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President of Sales from 2000 to 2001 and was President of Blockbuster.com from 1999 to 2000. Ms. Archambeau served in several leadership positions at IBM from 1984 to 1999 including General Manger of Public Sector Asian Pacific. Ms. Archambeau has served on the Board of several different non-profits including Catalyst, Inc. since 2020, Braven since 2019, IT Senior Management Forum From 2008 to 2013, Silicon Valley Leadership Group from 2007 to 2018, and Watermark from 2005 to 2017.
