Biography:
Shilpan Amin is senior vice president and president, GM International, a role he assumed in April 2022. Previously, Amin was vice president, GM Global Purchasing and Supply Chain. Amin began his career with GM in 1996 as a product engineer in Advanced Product Development for steering systems. He has held various leadership roles within GM’s Vehicle Engineering and Global Purchasing and Supply Chain organizations, including executive director of Global Purchasing and Supply Chain Program Management, and executive director of Global Propulsion Systems Engineering Vehicle Integration and Operations.
