Biography:

Stanley A. Deal became President and CEO of Boeing Commercial Airplanes and Executive Vice President of Boeing in October 2019. Prior to that, he was the President of Boeing Global Services from 2017 to 2019, the Senior Vice President of Commercial Aviation Services from 2014 to 2017, and the Vice President and General Manager of Supply Chain Management and Operations for Commercial Airplanes from 2011 to 2014. Mr. Deal also served in leadership positions in Commercial Airplanes Sales and Marketing, including Vice President of Asia Pacific Sales and Vice President of Operations. Previously, Mr. Deal was Vice President of Global Network Sales. He joined Boeing in 1986 and served in many unique leadership roles across his career including project manager and leading integrated product teams. Mr. Deal also serves on the Board of Directors for the Smithsonian National Air & Space Museum, the Washington Roundtable, and Challenge Seattle. He is also the Executive Director of Southern Methodist University’s Lyle School of Engineering.
