Stephanie A. Burns

Dr. Stephanie A. Burns has been on the Board of Directors for HP Inc. since 2015. She has also served on the Board of Directors for the Kellogg Company since 2014 and Dow Corning since 2012. Previously she was Chairman for Dow Corning from 2006 to 2011; Chief Executive Officer from 2004 to 2011; President from 2003 to 2010; Chief Operating Officer from 2003 to 2004; Executive Vice President of Global Operation from 2000 to 2003; Director of Life Sciences from 1999 to 2000; a Director for Science and Technology in Europe from 1997 to 1999; and Director for Women’s Health from 1994 to 1997. Dr. Burns first joined Dow Corning in 1983 as a Researcher and Specialist in Organosilicon Chemistry. She has previously served on the Board of Directors for ManpowerGroup Inc., The Conference Board, Chemical Bank, GlaxoSmithKline plc., American Chemistry Council, the Michigan Molecular Institute, and the Society for Women’s Health Research.
