Stergios ‘Terry’ Theologides

Stergios Theologides has served as the Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary of Fannie Mae since 2019. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Theologides served as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at CoreLogic from 2009 to 2017 and Executive Vice President and General Counsel of U.S. Residential Mortgage at Morgan Stanley from 2007 to 2009. Mr. Theologides served as the Executive Vice President of Corporate Affairs and General Counsel at New Century Financial Corporation from 1998 to 2007 and Corporate Counsel at Wynn’s International, Inc. from 1996 to 1998. Mr. Theologides has served on the Board of Directors at UnitedLex since 2019 and previously served on the board at Sococo from 2018 to 2019 and FundingShield from 2018 to 2019. Mr. Theologides has also served on the Board of Directors at Studio Theatre since 2020 and previously on the board of the South Coast Repertory from 2017 to 2019, Human Options, Inc. from 2014 2019, and Anaheim Interfaith Shelter from 1997 to 2007.
