Biography:
Steven M. Ferguson has served as the Senior Vice President of Industrial Power Systems at Caterpillar since 2018. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Ferguson served as the General Manager of Advanced Components Manufacturing at Caterpillar from 2015 to 2018 and Chief Financial Officer of Construction Industries from 2013 to 2015 and Senior Business Resource Manager of Excavation from 2007 to 2013 and Senior Business Resource Manger of Large Power Systems from 2004 to 2007. From 1990 to 2004, Mr. Ferguson served in various accounting, finance, and operations roles at Caterpillar. Mr. Ferguson serves on the Board of Directors at the San Antonio Food Bank.
