Suresh Kumar

Suresh Kumar became the Executive Vice President, Global Chief Technology, and Chief Development Officer at Walmart, Inc. in July 2019. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Kuman served as Vice President and General Manager of display, video, app ads, and analytics for Google from 2018 to 2019. Mr. Kumar also served as Vice President of Cloud infrastructure and Operations at Microsoft from 2014 to 2018. Before joining Microsoft, Mr. Kumar had an extensive career at Amazon as Vice President of Retail Systems and Services from 2005-20014 and Director of software Development from 2002 to 2005 and Senior Manager of Procurement Systems from 2000 to 2002 and as a Software Architect from 1999 to 2000. Prior to Amazon, Mr. Kumar was a Research Staff Member at IMB from 1992 to 1999.
