Susan Podlogar

Susan Podlogar has served as the Executive Vice President and chief Human Resource Officer of MetLife Since 2017. Prior to joining MetLife, Ms. Podlogar served as the Vice President of Human Resources Medical Devices Companies and Human Resource Executive Committee Member at Johnson & Johnson from 2016 to 2017 and Vice President of Human Resources from 2010 to 2016 and Vice President of Worldwide Total Rewards & Performance from 2010 to 2016. Ms. Podlogar also served as the Vice President of Human Resources and Global Management Board Member at Johnson & Johnson from 2007 to 2010 and Vice President of Human Resources from Pharmaceutical R&D & Senior Leadership Team Member from 2004 to 2007 and Director of Human Resources from 2003 to 2004. From 1999 to 2003, Ms. Podlogar served as a Human Resources Manager at Bayer HealthCare. Ms. Podlogar is member of the Board of Directors at Tevogen Bio and the MetLife Foundation.
