Biography:
Suzette M. Long has served as the Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel of Caterpillar since 2017. Ms. Long previously served as the Corporate Secretary at Caterpillar from 2017 to 2020 and Deputy General Counsel of Caterpillar Energy & Transportation Business from 2015 to 2017 and Deputy General Counsel of the Legal Service Division from 2013 to 2015 and Associate General Counsel from 2011 to 2013 and in various other legal positions in the legal department from 2004 to 2011. Prior to joining Caterpillar, Ms. Long was a member of Gallagher & Kennedy.
