Biography:
Thomas G. Frake has served as the Senior Vice President of Excavation at Caterpillar since 2018. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Frake served as the Vice President of Global Power Solutions at Caterpillar. Mr. Frake joined Caterpillar in 1986 and held a variety of positions in sales, marketing, product development and management across Caterpillar’s global portfolio, including extensive experience working with Cat dealers in Asia and various leadership positions in Singapore, Chile, and the U.S. In 2012, the Caterpillar board of directors appointed Frake as senior vice president of the Marine & Petroleum Power Division.
