Mr. Baltimore has served as the Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Park Hotels & Resorts since 2017. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Baltimore served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of RLJ Lodging Trust from 2011 to 2016 and Co-Founder and President of RLJ Development from 2000 to 2011. From 1988 to 2000, Mr. Baltimore held several senior level positions at Hilton Hotels Corporation and Marriott Corporation. Mr. Baltimore previously served on the Board on the Board of Directors at Prudential Financial from 2008 to 2023, AutoNation, and Duke Realty Corporation. Mr. Baltimore is a board member at the University of Virginia Investment Management Company, the UVA McIntire School of Commerce Foundation, The Real Estate Roundtable, and is an Executive Committee Member at the American Hotel & Lodging Association.
